  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Such assessments do not guarantee insurance approval, claim outcomes, coverage determinations, or future roof performance. Big League Roofing LLC does not act as a public adjuster and does not negotiate insurance settlements on behalf of property owners.

Maintenance, repair, or replacement recommendations are professional opinions based on industry standards at the time of inspection and do not constitute guarantees of future performance or durability.

The inspection does not include structural engineering analysis, moisture intrusion testing, attic ventilation analysis beyond visible observation, or evaluation of concealed decking conditions.

Conditions may change due to weather events, material aging, or other external factors after the date of inspection. Big League Roofing LLC assumes no responsibility for conditions arising after the inspection date.

Inspection reports are intended solely for the client who requested the inspection and may not be relied upon by third parties without the express written consent of Big League Roofing LLC.

Homeowners, buyers, and property managers are encouraged to obtain additional professional evaluations when appropriate, particularly if property conditions change or structural concerns arise.

To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, any liability arising from inspection services shall be limited to the amount paid for the inspection.

Insurance Claims

Insurance coverage decisions are made solely by the applicable insurance provider. Big League Roofing LLC does not guarantee claim approval, scope determination, payment amount, or timeline.

Limitation of Liability

Big League Roofing LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from reliance upon website content, inspection reports, or communications unless expressly agreed to in a written contract.
